Returning for its third year, our much-loved high summer concept store, The Ice Cream Project, has come home to The Village from 7th June – 18th August, serving a line up of our unexpectedly delicious ice creams and sorbets. The brand new flavours – with a few return cameos – celebrate Anya Hindmarch’s favourite cult food brands. Plus, this year, expect a few added extras, including our popular branded caps, ice cream-inspired T-shirts and an ice cream tasting menu...
With sleek silver freezers packed full of ice cream pots, the Ice Cream Project is a minimalist temple to the joy of ice cream and sorbet, with a twist – the household names inspiring our ice creams are typically found in the pantry rather than the freezer, think savoury sauces, condiments, biscuits and even olives...

This year, for the first time, we’re offering a range of Ice Cream Project branded apparel designs, including childrens and adults T-shirts and our much loved faded vintage-style caps, all with exclusive The Ice Cream Project slogans.

THE ICE CREAM PROJECT BLIND TASTING TEA
Think you can sniff out Kenco Coffee, or spot Sun-Pat Peanut Butter? Skip the queues and book your very own Ice Cream Project Blind Tasting Tea at the Anya Cafe, if you dare... Try 15 flavours of our cult scoops with wafers and sprinkles, guessing the flavours as you go with your very own tasting score card and branded Ice Cream Project pencil. Tubs of ice cream are available to order to your table, plus, add our brand new ICP caps and T-shirts to your collection, without having to queue. The tasting will be accompanied by shortbread and a glass of lemonade or sparkling water – to cleanse your tasting palate…
Bookings recommended and are available for a minimum of two people – a booking must be made for each person attending the tasting. We will accommodate walk-ins where space is available. Ingredients and allergens are available below and in the cafe – please note one of our ice cream flavours this year contains peanuts.
A NOTE ON QUEUES AT THE ICE CREAM PROJECT
We're delighted that The Ice Cream Project is extremely popular. In the afternoons this sometimes means long queues – particularly at weekends – and we may not be able to serve everyone before closing time.
We will always do our best to serve as many people as possible, but at weekends there may be days when we have to close the queue up to two hours before our advertised closing time, in order to avoid the disappointment of anyone waiting unnecessarily.
If you're visiting us at The Ice Cream Project, we advise arriving well before closing time.

Hand-made in small batches in Devon, each original recipe is created with the very best ingredients. Flavours are available by the scoop to savour on the spot, or in 500ml tubs to take away. The perfect treat for summer days, or a wonderful present for the curious epicurean in your life
