Returns & Exchange Policy
Items purchased online can be returned via post, or for customers in the UK and US to Anya Hindmarch standalone stores within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Items can be exchanged in store, or dropped off in store for free returns. Stores are unable to issue refunds on-site, refunds will be processed by the Anya Hindmarch Web Team within two business days.
Bespoke Items that have been personalised cannot be returned. Please see Terms & Conditions for full information.
All UK orders are delivered by DHL between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Within Central London, Same Day Delivery is available for orders placed before 2pm. This option will appear for eligible postcodes once your shipping address is entered.
Please note that we aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours with the exception of sale periods during which, there may be a slight delay to despatching orders. In most cases items are delivered within 5 days of the order being placed. Anya Hindmarch cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.
Please Note: For Bespoke orders the customer will be notified of the estimated despatch date at the time of placing their order.
Customs and Duties
Delivery addresses outside the EU may be subject to import duties or taxes placed by the destination country. Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the receiver/purchaser and Anya Hindmarch is unable to estimate or adjust these costs or provide refunds on customs duties.
