Delivery Information

UK & Europe orders will be delivered the next day where possible except those products ordered on Friday which will be delivered on the following Monday, USA & rest of the world will be 2 to 3 working days. A same day delivery service is available at extra cost for those customers requiring delivery in London postcodes EC1, EC2, EC3, EC4, WC1, WC2, SE1, N1, NW1, W1, W2, SW1, SW3, SW7, SW8. All parcels on this service will arrive by 6.00pm, if ordered before 2pm. Please note that because we use carriers to deliver your products, we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses, service not available at weekends.

Please allow up to 12 -14 weeks for Bespoke Ebury orders and 8 - 10 weeks for Be a Bag orders.  Both products are made to order to your specific requirements and delivery estimates reflect factory lead times.

If nobody is available to sign for the delivery when it arrives at the agreed delivery address, then DHL will leave a calling card giving the number to call to arrange a re-delivery. If re-delivery is attempted without success on two further occasions, the goods will be returned to the Anya Hindmarch Head Office.

When you order online, you will be asked to enter the country of delivery. After this, we will calculate the delivery charge appropriate to your destination. International delivery is available worldwide. For a quick guide, please see table below. Please note these are guide prices only, prices will vary depending on size.

At Anya Hindmarch we ensure that every item is wrapped beautifully. Whether it be a pair of shoes or a handbag your purchase will be exquisitely wrapped. Our large bags are packed into our soft cloth outers and then into our trademark black and white Anya Hindmarch shopping bag and carefully tied with our beautiful black and white logo ribbon. Our small leather goods, evening bags and bespoke items are packed in beautiful boxes with tissue paper, and then into one of our shopping bags. We can also insert a gift note for your own special message, just call +44 (0) 207 501 0177 and ask for the internet team after placing your order.

Returns

If you are not happy with your item you may return it within fourteen days.

All returned goods should be in perfect condition, in their original packaging (including dustbag*) and must be accompanied by the note that came with the delivery of your goods. Please ensure the details on the reverse of the delivery note are completed.

All items over 200GBP are security tagged, this security tag must be intact for the return to be accepted.

Before returning any product, please remember to ask us for an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorisation number). Email us at info@anyahindmarch.com to receive your RMA number, indicating the reason why you are returning the goods. Providing an RMA number has been obtained and the product is returned in perfect condition, you will receive a refund. The cost of returning the product is your responsibility.

We are happy to accept returns for Sale items.

Items purchased online may not be returned to our shops.

Please note that products that have been made to order from the Bespoke Collection can only be returned if they are found to be damaged or faulty.

Exchanges

Refunds

Refunds to you will be made within 14 days of the date of cancellation notice. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card including sales taxes for all European Union (EU) country shipments excluding shipping charges. As previously stated, international customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the EU.
